What kind of personal information do we store and for what purpose?
If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we will collect the data provided on the form, as well as the IP address and user-agent data of the browser, to detect spam.
An anonymous string created from your email address (called “hash”) may be passed to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. Gravatar Privacy Policy is available here: After posting a comment, your profile picture will be displayed publicly in the context of your comment.
If you are a registered user and upload a photo to the site, it is best to avoid uploading a photo with EXIF data, as it contains information about your location. Anyone can extract this information from the photo.
Contact forms

If you leave a comment on our site, you can enable the ability to save your name, email and website address in a cookie. This is done for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter the same data when leaving another comment. These cookies are stored for one year.
If you have an account on the site and you log in to it, we will save a temporary cookie file to find out if the browser supports cookies, the cookie file does not contain any personal information and will be deleted when the browser is closed.
When logging in to your personal account, we also send some cookies with screen settings information to your computer. The login cookie is stored for two days, the display settings cookie for 1 year. If you select the “Remember me” option, the login settings will be saved for two weeks. The cookie will be deleted when you log out of the account.
When the article is edited or published, an additional cookie file will be saved in the browser, it does not contain personal data, but only the ID of the corrected record and expires in 1 day.

If you write a comment, then both the comment and its metadata will be stored indefinitely. This is done in order to automatically post further comments, instead of manually approving it.
We store the personal information you indicate in your profile for registered users. All users can view, edit, or delete their information at any time (except for the username). The web administrator can also view and modify this information.

What rights do you have to personal information?
If you have a personal account on the site, or if you have left a comment, you may request an export of the personal information file we have stored, including information provided by you. You may also request the deletion of this data, except the information that we are required to store for the purposes of the administration, by law, or for security purposes.
